Beavers: 6-8 year olds

Beavers

Easily recognised by their distinctive turquoise sweatshirts, Beaver Scouts enjoy making friends, playing games, going on visits and helping others. They usually meet together once a week in a Beaver Scout Colony.Beavers is the youngest Scouting section for 6 - 8 year olds.

Some Beaver Scout Colonies also organise Sleepovers. These are often the first time a young person spends a night away from home and prepares them for the adventures to come in the next section, Cubs!

Beaver colonies meet at various locations across the District and opportunities are available for young people who not only live in Loughborough, but also those from Castle Donington, Kegworth, Belton, Diseworth, Hathern, Long Whatton and Shepshed and surrounding villages.
