"Well today is the second day of my Outdoor First Aid course - what a great day to be practising scenario's outside in the beautiful English weather. The only positive I can come up with is at least it will be realistic. I can feel a long, wet, cold day ahead of me. Oh well, time to get my waterproofs on and head off to meet the rest of the participants. Wish me luck!"
